In this course you will have everything you need to start to build a strong foundation for your goalkeepers development.
In this course you will learn the techniques, methods and theories of how to set (stand) for a shot, all the different handshapes needed as a goalkeeper and how to catch and retain possession of the football. This step by step guide will allow you to not only grow in confidence yourself but give you the knowledge to help your goalkeeper or child.
From taking an in depth look at the technical aspects we then show you how these techniques are used in our masterclass training sessions. Tony Parks brings a wealth of knowledge throughout his masterclass working with a group of grassroots goalkeeper and Jim Hollman takes you through some fantastic drills you can take in to your own sessions.
